Winter Jacket Adapted For Car Seats Black

A classic black puffer that is easy to pack, this ultra-compressible winter jacket suits kids in sizes 2 to 6 on cold days, road trips and car rides around town.

How does the car seat design work? Its front panel opens, cutting down the puffiness that would otherwise sit under the seatbelt. Everything else is built for winter weather: a waterproof and breathable exterior, a faux fur-lined hood, extendable spandex cuffs, and a YKK® main zipper behind a wind flap with chin guard.

The horizontal quilting holds recycled PrimaLoft® insulation, 100 g in the hood and 150 g in the body and sleeves, rated to -20°C / -4°F. The shell is made with post-consumer recycled polyester, rated 5,000 mm waterproof and 5,000 g/m²/24h breathable, and finished with a fluorocarbon-free BIONIC-FINISH®ECO water repellent.

In plain black, this jacket works for girls and boys alike. Compare it with other cold-weather pieces in our girls' winter clothing and boys' winter clothing, or browse the full kids' clothing hub. Black car seat jackets are one of many winter pieces in our Deux par Deux lineup.
